Installing the Blade
1. Turn on the slicer and tilt it to a suitable position.
2. Using a wrench, unscrew the bottom of the machine and remove the original blade.
3. Install the new blade on the blade disc, making sure it is installed correctly.
4. Secure the blade to the blade disc with a screwdriver.
5. Make sure the blade is firmly installed and not loose.

1. First check whether the power supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the machine nameplate.

2. After unpacking, please place the machine on a firm workbench, as far away from a humid environment as possible.

3. Adjust the scale rotation to select the required slice thickness.

4. Turn on the power and press the start switch to start the blade.

5. Place the food to be cut on the sliding plate, push the food fixing arm so that it faces the blade and moves left and right close to the interactive partition.

6. After use, adjust the scale rotation back to "0".

7. How to disassemble the blade: first loosen the blade guard, then remove the knife cover, and use a tool to loosen the screws on the blade before removing the blade. Please refer to the above disassembly method for the installation method of the blade.
